How we started
Soltects was founded on a simple frustration: too many software engagements get sold by people who will never write a line of the code, scoped by people who’ve never carried a pager, and staffed by whoever happens to be on the bench that month.
We built the opposite — a studio where the people in the sales call are the people in the pull requests, where the architecture is written down before it’s built, and where “done” means shipped, monitored, and documented, not just merged.
